Transaction fees are a small percentage applied to ticket sales and membership payments processed through the platform. Higher-tier plans have lower transaction fees.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
Existing members will not be removed, but new members won't be able to join until you upgrade or remove members to make room. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit.

Do you offer student pricing?
Yes. Verified student clubs and societies pay one tier's price and get the tier above — Starter price for the Pro plan, or Pro price for the Business plan. Apply with your student email and we'll verify your club.
How long does student verification take?
Usually within two business days. Once we've confirmed your club or society is genuine, we email you a coupon code to use at checkout.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes, for large organizations with multiple chapters or sub-organizations, we offer custom enterprise plans with dedicated infrastructure, white-labeling, and reduced transaction fees. Contact us for details.
